Return Policy
If you're not completely happy with your purchase, simply return the shoes (must be unworn) with the original packaging within 30 days of purchase.
How do I return my products?
Simply post the item to the following address: 270 Auburn Road, Hawthorn 3122.
Please ensure the product is in as new condition complete with the box if one was provided.
Make sure your order number is also sent with the goods, which you can find in your order confirmation email.
Once we receive your return you will be refunded the same way you paid for the item.
Does Just Walking cover the postal cost?
Sorry, we don't cover postage costs to send products back to us unless it's faulty or the wrong item was sent.
What should I do if I received the wrong product or it’s faulty?
If this has happened, please email us your order details to [email protected]. We’ll organise a 30-day returns label and take care of the rest!
Can I exchange my product or get a credit note?
We’ve kept it simple, so we only issue a refund back to your original payment method.
Do I need to do anything before I post my product back to you?
Yes, before sending your products, if its faulty or we have shipped an incorrect product, please make sure you’ve generated a return label from the return portal. If you’re having trouble, you can return your items by simply writing your return authorisation number on a piece of paper and popping it in the package. Unfortunately we can’t offer a refund without this number.
If I purchased shoes or accessories, do I need to send them back in the original packaging?
Yes. We're unable to process a refund if the original packaging isn’t with your return. Place the return item with the original packaging into another box/envelope upon returning to avoid any damage to the original shoe box.
I’ve just received my order. How long do I have to return it?
We want you to love your products. From the date you receive your order, you’ll have 30 days to return your products back to us.
How long will my return take?
As soon as we receive your items, we’ll start the process. Providing all return policy conditions are met, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method.
If your return does not meet our policy requirements, Just Walking reserves the right to refuse a refund on change of mind items. Please note stores do not refund or exchange any items you have purchased online.
