Return Information
Online Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason with any product(s) you have purchased online, you may return the product(s) back to our online store within 30 days of receiving the products.
Any product(s) purchased online at http://justwalking.com.au must be returned back to Just Walking online. All shoes must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unmarked, and in the original packaging (shoe box placed inside a satchel bag or another box).
Once we recieve the returned shoes we shall issue the refund back to the Credit Card or Payment Gateway (Paypal, Afterpay or Zippay) used during your purchase.
Unfortunately we do not exchange sizes or change to a different style for returns.

The customer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.

- The standard (medium) width for women is B, while the standard width for men is D.
- Additional width is needed when there is visible stretching or bulging on the outsides of forefoot materials.
- Sizes with additional width are available in many Asics Running and Training shoes.
- In some cases, men can wear women’s styles to achieve a narrow fit and women can wear men’s to get a wide fit.
- Please note that the differences of width between narrow, standard, wide, and extra wide are usually only a couple of millimetres and are proportional to the size of the shoe.
