The estimated delivery date for your orders is dependent on your delivery location as we post from Vic. We estimate delivery to you within (during normal non-peak times):
Metro address: 3-5 business days.
Regional addresses: please allow an additional 1–2 business days
And express typically 1-2 businesses days (WA & NT a little longer)
Tracking
Orders are delivered by Australia Post. The tracking information will be sent to you via email once the order has been dispatched. If you can't find it, feel free to get in touch with our customer service team, hello@justwalking.com.au or 1800 331 143.
Online Return Policy
Customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are unhappy for any reason with any product(s) you have purchased online, you may return the product(s) back to our online store within 30 days of receiving the products.
Any product(s) purchased online at http://justwalking.com.au must be returned back to Just Walking online. All shoes must be returned in their original condition, unworn and unmarked, and in the original packaging (shoe box placed inside a satchel bag or another box).
Once we recieve the returned shoes we shall issue the refund back to the Credit Card or Payment Gateway (Paypal, Afterpay or Zippay) used during your purchase.
Unfortunately we do not exchange sizes or change to a different style for returns.

The customer will be responsible for all return shipping and handling charges.
